Aside from North Central Health District Department food permit fees, there is no cost to participate.
All food vendors need to provide Commercial General Liability Insurance for a minimum of $1 million per occurrence with the Town of Stafford included as additional insured.
Vendors may arrive as early as 1:00pm and need to be onsite by 4:00pm for a North Central District Health Department food inspection.
Vendors must supply their own electricity/generators.
All pertinent laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health and public safety shall be strictly observed.
Food vendors shall have appropriate licenses, insurance, and temporary food service permit. Please submit your application at least 10 days in advance of the event: www.ncdhd.org/files/PDFs/2018TempEventRevised.pdf
Vendor agrees to accept space assigned.
While waste receptacles will be placed within vendor area for “normal” refuse items, objects like large boxes will need to be carried out at the end of the event.
Applications are reviewed on a weekly basis with confirmations sent each Thursday, through June 18, 2021.
