Stafford AppleFest

Welcome to the first-ever Applefest in Stafford, CT! This exciting event will be held in Haymarket Common, Hyde Park, and Main Street a beautiful location that provides the perfect setting for a day of apple-filled fun. The festival will showcase various vendors and activities, ensuring a delightful experience for visitors of all ages.


Grace Episcopal Church will be selling their famous Apple Pies. These homemade pies, filled with juicy apples and warm spices, are sure to be a hit among attendees, with their irresistible aroma wafting through the air.


Beyond the vendors, Applefest will feature live entertainment, including local musicians and performers, creating a festive atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. There will also be family-friendly activities such as games, demonstrations, face painting, ensuring a day of fun for the whole family.

🍎 Apple Crafts at Hyde Park: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM (While supplies last)  Get creative and make your own unique apple prints. Dip apples into colorful paint and stamp them onto paper, creating beautiful designs that celebrate the essence of the season.

🍎 Craft Vendors 1 Spring Street: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM over 25 craft vendors will be in attendance 

🍎 Raffle Tables 1 Spring Street: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

🍎 Apple-Themed Face Painting at Hyde Park: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (While supplies last) Let our talented face painters transform you into an apple-themed masterpiece. From vibrant apple designs to cute apple characters, your face will become a canvas of creativity.

🍎 Apple Crushing Cider Demonstration at Historical Society Museum: 1:00 PM Step back in time with the Historical Society as they showcase the traditional method of apple crushing for cider making. Learn about the fascinating process while watching the apples transform into a refreshing beverage right before your eyes.

🍎 Open House at the Museum: Take a break from the festivities and explore the rich history of Stafford at the Museum's open house. Discover fascinating artifacts, exhibits, and stories that showcase the town's heritage.

🍎 Hard Cider and Beer Tasting at Haymarket Commons:  11:00 AM - 3:00 PM enjoy a sampling of Hard Cider and Beer from Stafford's very own local Cidery and Brewery. Off the Rails Brewing will debut there AppleFest Apple Ale beer as well as other 

🍎 Live Music at Haymarket Commons: 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM Come listen to a new and upcoming band The Plumflowers


If the weather should cause unfavorable conditions, Applefest will be held on Sunday, October 1, from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.
