Submit an Event

If you have an upcoming event that would be of interest to Stafford residents and visitors, please submit the details to us, and we'll post it for you. If your event qualifies, photographs will also be displayed with your event listing, free of charge.

  1. For consideration, all entries must be submitted no less than 14 calendar days prior to the date of the event.

  2. Event/host should own and maintain an updated website or Facebook page.

  3. Events should be open to the public. Events for “members only” cannot be posted in the calendar; the general public must be able to attend, though admission can be charged at events posted.

  4. A current photo should be attached to accompany your listing.

  5. Examples of acceptable events include festivals, live music, sporting events, exhibits, arts & entertainment, craft fairs, community and professional performances, historical events, etc.

  6. Typically, auditions, church services, political fundraisers/events, tag sales and coupons or sales are not posted on the event calendar. 

  7. Entries may not contain language or images that are obscene, profane, offensive, violent, or pertain to illegal activity.

Please note: Your event will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click "Submit Event" at the bottom of the form. It will first go through an approval process to make sure that it contains all the information needed to be added.
