VENDOR INFORMATION
& APPLICATION

The Stafford WinterFest Marketplace celebrates the season with authentic gifts where family, friends,  and vendors can have fun while enjoying the season. The goal of the market is to support a community of makers, entrepreneurs, artists, and community groups who are passionate about sharing their craft or local initiative.

 

This WinterFest Marketplace will be located outside in Haymarket Common. In close proximity, a community bonfire and outdoor heaters will be positioned. Participants need to provide their own table, tent, and/or any items needed for their setup. There is not cost to participate and vendor acceptance is on a first-come-first-serve bases. To participate, please submit your registration below.

SETUP

Vendors may arrive as early as 1:00pm for setup

Products and setup items (tent/table/etc.) may be offloaded from the street (no vehicles in Haymarket Common). When unloading, please use your hazards lights. A Main Street parking ban will be in effect at this time, but Police/crews are expecting temporary parking for vendors setup. Vehicles need to be moved immediately following unload to a designated parking area. Following scheduled activities, vendors may return vehicles to the curbside for breakdown. Additional details will be forwarded upon vendor confirmation email. 

While functional and decorative lighting will be provided, vendors are encouraged to bring supplemental battery-operated lighting elements for their respective table, especially those who plan to use an awning. 

CONFIRMATION

Applications are reviewed on a weekly basis with confirmations sent each Thursday, through December 8.
