The Stafford WinterFest Marketplace celebrates the season with authentic gifts where family, friends and vendors can have fun while enjoying the season. The goal of the market is to support a community of makers, entrepreneurs, and artists who are passionate about sharing craft and local business. We are looking for local, creative business people who have designed, created or handmade their products - no direct sales, please.

 

Vendor space is limited and fills quickly each year. Vendors are on a first-come-first-serve bases, we do our very best to avoid duplication of products. To apply, please submit your application below.

SETUP

This is a "table-top" vendor event with sales space both inside and outside of Town Hall. Merchant vendors are invited to join our food vendors in the Town Hall parking lot, underneath the solar panel pavilion (food trucks will be parked around the perimeter of the parking lot to create a true outdoor marketplace vibe). Vendors will be positioned by order of arrival. Outside vendors may setup tables directly in front of their vehicles, minimizing the transport of products. Knowing this is a December event in New England, we will have space on the 1st floor of Town Hall for anyone truly not wanting to be outside (just know 1st floor space is both limited and tight). Please indicate desired location in application below.

Applications are reviewed on a weekly basis with confirmations sent each Thursday, through December 5.
