Thank you for your interest in the Community Showcase at Stafford SummerFest & Fireworks! A long-running town tradition, this is a free family-friendly event that has developed into an established destination activity, attracting an increasing number of attendees each year - more than 5,000 in 2023. Every year, local community groups and civic organizations join the festivities to fundraise, host activities, showcase their services, and offer opportunities for involvement to all who attend.

Date: Wednesday, June 26, 2024 (rain date Thursday, June 27)

Time: 5:00pm – 10:00pm

Venue: Stafford School Complex (145 Orcuttville Road, Stafford, CT 06076)

Fee: This is a free opportunity designed for non-profit organizations and civic organizations.

The Community Showcase is specifically designed for local civic groups, organizations, and nonprofits devoted to serving the public good through service, advocacy, or social engagement, and which operate without the primary goal of making a profit. This includes local service clubs, volunteer fire or rescue groups, town commissions, foundations, school clubs or associations, grassroots organizations, and advocacy groups. The Community Showcase is not classified as a vendor event. For-profit entities may be considered if their booth offers a family-friendly activity or supports a community initiative.

To join us, please complete the Community Showcase Registration Form. You'll be asked to provide details of your organization, booth theme, size, and other important  details. Event logistics and setup information will be communicated following form submission.
